As a show of support for the community, Bookkeeper Girl will be a “Starting Line” sponsor for the 1st. Annual 5K Run/Walk entitled, DATCU DASH. Hundreds of avid racers/walkers have signed up for this May 22, 2010, event to be held at 7:30 AM at South Lakes Park located at 556 Hobson Lane. All proceeds of this event will benefit United Way of Denton County.
This year’s 5K Run/Walk is just one of several fund raisers that DATCU employees conduct every year as huge supporters of the United Way.
